Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Triton AI. We value your business and strive to deliver high-quality AI automation and digital services. Because each project and subscription plan is customized, our refund and cancellation terms vary depending on the service type described below.


1. General Policy

All payments made to Triton AI are non-refundable by default, except as outlined in this policy or agreed to in a written service contract.
We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for both our clients and our team.


2. Service Cancellations

Subscription or usage-based plans:
You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting [email protected].
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for future periods after cancellation.

One-time projects or consulting:
Because our time and resources are committed once work begins, these services are generally non-refundable after project initiation.


3. Refund Requests

Refunds may be granted if:

A duplicate payment was made in error, or

A service was not delivered as agreed and Triton AI determines a refund is appropriate.

All refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and submitted in writing to [email protected].
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


4. Stripe and Third-Party Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Any applicable refund will be credited through Stripe back to the same payment method originally used.
Triton AI cannot issue refunds for transactions processed through third-party integrations outside of Stripe.


5. Disputed Charges

Before opening a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Unauthorized or fraudulent payment claims will be investigated and may be reported to payment authorities.


6. Policy Updates

Triton AI may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at tritonai.agency.
