6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Triton AI’s Services lawfully and ethically.
You must not:
Use Services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
Upload or transmit viruses, spam, or malicious code.
Use AI tools to generate or distribute hate speech, misinformation, harassment, or adult content.
Resell, redistribute, or re-train external AI models using outputs from Triton AI.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy Triton AI’s systems, content, or automations.
Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate suspension or termination.
7. Intellectual Property
Company IP: All code, automation frameworks, graphics, logos, processes, and AI configurations created by Triton AI remain the exclusive property of Triton AI.
Client IP: You retain ownership of your own business data, branding, and content that you upload or provide.
AI Outputs: Content generated by Triton AI’s AI tools or services is owned by Triton AI, unless otherwise specified in a written contract. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use such outputs for business or personal purposes.
You may not claim ownership of, sublicense, or commercially resell Triton AI’s intellectual property without written permission.
8. Company Rights
Triton AI reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time, with or without notice.
Terminate or restrict access for users who violate these Terms, abuse the system, or fail to pay invoices.
Adjust pricing or features to maintain service sustainability if operating costs materially change.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users before material service or pricing changes.
9. Fair Use and API Limits
Automated and high-volume users must adhere to reasonable use limits.
Excessive use that impacts system stability or other customers may result in throttling, additional fees, or suspension.
10. No Guarantee of Results
Triton AI provides tools, automation, and consulting to enhance business workflows.
However, we make no promises or guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, sales performance, or profitability.
Results vary depending on client input, market conditions, and execution.
11. Disclaimer of AI Accuracy
AI-generated outputs are produced by third-party models (such as OpenAI) and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
All AI-generated content should be reviewed by a human before use.
Triton AI is not responsible for legal, reputational, or financial outcomes based on reliance on AI outputs.
12. Security and Data Handling
We implement encryption and access controls to protect data.
However, no online platform is completely secure, and users acknowledge inherent risks in transmitting data online.
By using the Services, you consent to data processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Triton AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Triton AI in the preceding 3 months for the specific service in question.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where prohibited, this section applies to the maximum extent allowed by law.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate Services at any time.
If a contract specifies a cancellation fee, it may apply upon early termination by the customer.
Termination does not relieve users of payment obligations for outstanding balances or completed work.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately end.
15. Dispute Resolution
Before pursuing legal action, the parties agree to attempt informal negotiation in good faith.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of Tennessee, USA, as applicable.
Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded by law.
16. Service Modifications
Triton AI may update or modify these Terms or its Services periodically.
Updated Terms will be posted at tritonai.agency. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
17. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Triton AI.
Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not waive future enforcement.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without written consent.
